Now that the weather is starting to get nicer outside in many parts of the country (unfortunately, Chicago isn't really one of them yet), how often, if at all, are you training at the gym?
HOW OFTEN DO YOU TRAIN
Last few weeks, I have been doing both inside and out. I hit the weights a couple hours after my morning cardio outside on the bike trails, or sprinting at a nearby high school football field.

3 times x week at the gym. i have almost finished my Mass cycle then in cutting i will make my cardio outside gym!
I do weight training at the gym usually 5-6days, cardio is always outside though. I live in FL and its to nice outside to not do cardio outdoors, plus the fresh air is great!
Be yourself, everyone else is already taken!
For the most part 6 days a week, and like tony I find myself itching to get to the gym even on my days off... Some days after I have already hit the gym and hours later I sometimes hear one of my workout songs and I feel like going back!!!

5 days a week weights, cardio 20 min's 2-3 times a week after weights, cardio 30-60 min's on days I don't lift.....
Some define themselves by their education or their career...Others define themselves by their salaries and material acquisitions...but whatever it is, I choose to define myself by my passions

6 x/wk now, I've lost 10 pounds in the last 5 weeks, It's working great for me so far, 8 pounds more to go and I'll be satisfied with my weight, I'll continue working out as hard to mantain it.
I am in the gym everyday.But i still enjoy the beautiful weather by taking my cardio outdoors every morning.

i lift about 5 days a week. I do light cardio 4-5 x's a week...which usually consists of a walk or hike outside, depending on the weather.
