Yoga is the oldest and one of the greatest ways to keep fit... remember its to keep yourself fit not to build muscles.
I do yoga as a stress releiver. There are various kinds of Yoga. This Hot temperature one is just one of them.
Here in India, Yoga is used to cure various diseases and ailments.
A simple breathing exercise can cure a number of aliments. It might sound a little off the hook, but by using Yogic exercises you can boost up you metabolism, lose weight, get a glow on you skin and look a number of years younger. All this by just doing some exercises and taking any supplement or external medicine.
A lot of people do it here everyday in the morning. I do meditative yoga to relax my body. You can actually move the "body force" called "Prana" around your body to the effected part and speed up the healing process.
I did a workshop a year back, where our teacher made us do Yoga for 9 hours(with breaks) in a day. In one of the exercises, we stood for 2 hours straight at a spot but we didn't feel any exhaustion or muscle fatigue in our legs. Infact, I was suffering from caffine deficiency that day and was having a headache, it got cured without coffee or any other medicine.
For once it felt like magic.
So if anybody wants to practice Yoga I would suggest do it under proper guidance as it is a very powerful way of exercising. I have seen a lot of people gaining positive effects under supervision and i feel that if we do it wrong we can mess up our system as well.
