lol it was a training day, I'm still trying to tweak everything but I think i'll get a hang of it, the one tough part is from 630-1030 on Mon's and Wed's(supposed to be til 1030) I am in firefighter 2 but that ends next Tuesday which will help.
I am at 152 grams of carbs so far today though which is good (it's a training day, lifted at 6am) 157g of protein and 45g fat after pre workout shake, post workout shake, and 2 meals. Work has been slow so we'll see what the financial situation is tomorrow whether i can get casein or not. Thanks again john!
