It is so much easier than writing it all out and it calculates everything for you (protein, carbs, fat, calories, sodium, etc...)! Plus you can create your own custom foods that are saved to a list. It has saved me so much time.
It has other features too such as an exercise log, a mood tracker, weight tracker, etc...Anyhow just wanted to share because I think it rocks!
