Hey everyone, just joined today, and am already looking for some advice with regards to dieting.
I am a full time student, and have a job, and barely have time to eat three meals a day as it is. I train 6 days a week at the gym, and know I need proper nutrition to continue to see gains. Im currently taking EAS Whey protein twice a day, but i was told an actual meal supplement might be better. Does anyone have any recommendations for some quick muscle building meals, or any advice for meal supplements? Thanks.
