I'm blown away by Glycomaize! I took a dose befor and after. before I fell a ripping pump in mmy chest after the second set! After, I could feel all my muscles filling out! Thanx Optimum this stuff is awesome!

I wanna try both! So u take Glycomaize pre and post workout? and take threshold pre workout?

I did a big back work out today and used 50 lbs more on my deadlifts for a greater overall number of reps! 20lbs on my good mornings,10lbs on my bent rows! I take it with my pre and post workout shake and creatine. I feel powerful and get a quick pump from my preworkout shake, and I feel like all my muscles expand with my post workout shake.

i get the same effect with Waximaize BG. Waximaize is some good shit!

Would I want to have a scoop with my pre-workout shake? I thought this was more of a fast acting carb than a slow one.

If I mix a scoop with my creatine after training, then wait about 20 minutes to have my post workout protein shake would this be advisable?

I assume you wouldn't use this in conjunction with 2:1:1 Recovery since this product already has waxy maize starch as part of it's carb source?

I have got to get me some of this Glycomaize!!
