I don't know about u guys but when i'm weak and shaking on the last set of squats or incline bench or something that makes me feel the burn I turn my mp3 player to "chapter four" or "gunslinger" by avenged sevenfold to get pumped for that last set. I was just wondering if u listen to music during your training or don't what do you do to get pumped for that last set if u do anything at all
