I used to use it to cook chicken and other meats but I think it dries it out too much and takes away from the taste. Now I use some olive oil in a frying pan on the stove top to cook my chicken, tastes much better.
I have one, and love it Texasmade...Especially in the winter. We have a counter top one, and it's perfect. The grease just slides right down the grill and you get a pretty good tasting piece of meat.
had one since i was a kid (or brand like it). anyway i have a george now and love it, just like Morecowbell said it is an awesome tool especially when you cant go out back and grill. Meat slides off without sticking or burning. i use if for vegtables, shrimp, chicken, and fish.
I use my George Foreman for most of my cooking. I like to inject food so the juiciness stay inside. I'm a chef by trade (thats what my friends say) so I know what to cook & how to cook it on the George Foreman. Chicken, beef, steaks, shrimp & anything I can put on there, I'm gonna try it.
I love the GF! yes it does dry out my food just a bit, so i try to add Mrs. Dash sauce on top of it while it cooks! It helps a lot! I also bake mine, and that is so yummy!

not sure. but its better than boiling them. microwaving is like steaming on the stove in a pan. dont know how else to cook em i guess.not to mention how conveinent.
I like it a lot. I have the big one, and it is true that you cannot fit a lot on it at once. The upside is that it cooks everything really fast. You have to experiment and get good with it or else it does dry things out. I love it for burgers and steaks. It does pretty well with chicken, too.
