ok I know in the bench heavy culture we live in its rare, however I seem to have the worse front delts ever. My bench is good because I have strong triceps and an ok chest, but as I said my front delts still lag. Having said that what would you guys suggest? For example how much or what exercises should I focus on for my shoulder workouts....new exercises also welcome cause my shoulder workout is pretty Bodybuilding standard.
