FOR THE LOVE OF PB

I ran out of protein today (shame shame I know, i try not to let myself but just spaced ordering my ON) so i went to vitamin world (gulp..i hate going there) and ended up getting BSN Syntha 6 (Choc/PB) and it is deeeeeeeeeeeeeeelicious!!! you can really taste the PB!!!

Ever tried it Jeremy?

I have an IV of it hooked up to me right now...actually no I haven't tried it, the syntha-6 I have tried is good taste'n, but its more of a meal replacement...got a lot of carbs n fat.

Yea that's what I'm using this for, I just ordered more ON 100%

If you like coffee, try the mochaccino flavor Syntha-6. I used it for a while, but like Jeremy said it's more meal replacement than anything.

soooo I probably made a mistake in buying it :-/ trying to cut not gain mass :( the selection @ vitamin world was slim and i was out :-/

Syntha 6 is some good premium protein, but it can't compete with Nitrocore 24 Caramel Toffee Fudge.

Nitrocore is good, but again, I would only use it as a meal replacement due to carbs and fat content.

It's fine if ur cut'n...just adjust ur other meals threwout the day! I'd have it first thing upon wake'n, then follow it up a few hours later with oats n eggs!

Thanks Jeremy, even mixed with water you can really taste the PB lol, good stuff..the carbs are good for post workout but the fat isn't lol
