Sweet Potatos, Oatmeal(yes, I miss carbs!) Berries.. Steak, sashimi (I'm to tired to spell), nat pb is good as are nuts..but I'm with Jeremy on that one..someone get me a spoon! Can't even keep the stuff in the house when I'm down to the last few weeks. Scallops, Shrimp(but watch the cholestoral and sodium on those guys)...
On the other hand my fitness friends say I'm gifted because ..well I hate PB mixed with Chocolate.. gag, I don't like buttercream frosting..not a big fan of candy bars unless they are plain chocolate. But there are plenty of other BAD foods..out there that I do like. I just can't have them ...very often...ahhhhhhhh! 2 more weeks!
