dont talk about pizza the thought is gonna drive me crazy. one thing i never get sick of is whole grain english muffin, 3 egg whites, half a slice of kraft american cheese and 1 turkey sausage cut in half vertically. throw em together and you got ur self a sausage egg mcmuffin. sometimes i pretend like i got it through the drive through at mcdonalds

My gf makes an amazing shrimp stir-fry with brocolli, chinese vegetables (can from whole foods), ginger, garlic, and cilantro.

Oatmeal...I sprinkle cinnamon, crushed walnuts, half a banana, and either two packets of splenda or a tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup in it...it takes care of being hungry for a long time and also takes away any sweet cravings! Two birds with one stone!
