Overtraining and undersleeping!

i would say under eating, i try to get at least five solid meals in, but sometimes difficult with my schedule.
Overeating sweets!!!!!! I love chocolate!

i'm always under sleeping. i shoot for 5 or 6 hours on average.
i know its supposed to be 8, but im just not tired at the time of night i would have to go to sleep to get 8 hours. should i still be trying to put myself to sleep if my bodys not telling me its tired? always wondered about that

definately skipping meals for me.
I know your supposed to eat 5-6 small meals through out the day but im so busy with work/school from morning until late evening i usually dont have tiem to eat or i just forget that im actually hungry, then where it really kills me is when i finally get home i eat way more then i should!

Overtraining and not getting enough of a good deep sleep (time to recover sleep).

"Undersleeping" - Well, if there were about 30 hours a day....I'd get PLENTY of sleep! ;)

Binge Drinking Is What Kills Me...I Havent Drank In A Good While But Every Now And Then Ill Party With My Friends N Might Go A Little OverBored Then Feel Like Crap For Two Days, Other Then That I Have A Strict Diet That I Alwayse Follow And Get Plenty Of Sleep And Train Hard.

Overtraining. I usually do that when I've been unable to keep my diet under control. So, I guess you could say I make my mistakes in pairs. :-)
Overeating...nutrition in general i guess...and not enough sleep.
Sometimes I feel so guilty from my eating that I can't sleep!
Its a horrible cycle.

Over training. Feel guilty if I am not in there trying to move that weight around. Just recently started taking an extra day off during the week.

Just noticed that in my quest to keep my nutrition in line it's killing my sleeping.
I literally have to get up 3 times a night to pee because of the damn casein before bed.
If I stop posting here for a couple weeks have a eulogy for me, my prostate must have ruptured ;)
