So I'm trying to span my fat out throughout the day and trying to avoid fat/carb combos. I know carbs is the evening aren't a good idea, but what about adding 14 grams of flax oil/pb/coconut oil to my night time casien shake? I usually go to bed between 9 and 9:30 so I would drink the shake NLT 8:30.
