just drank a bottle today before my morning workout...about 8oz..performed more sets..less fatigue..felt much stronger and energized...felt like Big Ron with my 200lb dumbbell presses (though mine were 70lbs LOL)..heres how it all went down..
Normal Chest/Arm Routine:
-DB Bench Press - 4 sets 10 reps
-DB Incline Press - 4 sets 10 reps
-DB Incline Flyes - 3 sets 10 reps (30lbs)
Overhead Tri Extension - 3 sets 10 reps
-superset with-
Barbell Curl - 3 sets 10 reps (60lbs)
(used more strict form and went slowly)
*DB's weighed 50lbs unless otherwise noted
*TODAYS Chest/Arm Routine*:
-DB Bench Press - 5 sets 12 reps (70lbs)
(took last set to failure at 16 reps)
-DB Incline Press - 5 sets 12 reps (70lbs)
(took last set to failure at 15 reps)
-DB Incline Flyes - 5 sets 10 reps
(40lbs)
(took last set to failure at 13 reps)
-Barbell Curl - 5 sets 10 reps (70lbs, 80lbs, 90lbs, 90lbs, 100lbs)
-superset with-
Overhead Tri Extension - 5 sets 12 reps
(70lbs) (took last set to failure at 15 reps)
Hammer Curls - 3 sets 10 reps (60lbs)
BIG difference in strength today. These are also my new records. Though ill admit i did do a few cheat barbell curls on the last set, i performed the reps much faster and with less fatigue though i increased the weight. Im also with Jeremy aka Korjer with now being a firm believer in Endorush :D
