Hey Bogey, I know the pic wasn't very tasteful, but it is an actual picture of a person with oral cancer. Since most cigar smokers don't inhale but rather "puff" the cigar, this is the most common form of cancer they get. Plus, there has also been a study that of all oral cancer diagnoses 3 out of 4 either smoke, drink, or do some mixture of the two. It has also been shown that drinking and smoking works synergistically to promote malignant mutations in the squamous epithelial tissue of the mouth and throat.
Now you're probably thinking I'm a negative nancy and just like to scare people to get a reaction, but I'm only 26 years old and a 5 year cancer survivor. I was diagnosed right after my 20th birthday. I never smoked but my parents did. We're not invincible, even though sometimes we think we are. :)
