Vic/Joe (and anyone else) - in the thread I referenced below, you recommended some good carb/fat pre-workout meals
So the big question I have is... are you recommending these pre-workout meals even when in a cut cycle? I just started a 12-week cut and I've been trying to stay away from carbs too close to my training to be sure I'm burning fat stores instead of ingested carbs. This is especially true for my weight-cardio days in which I'm actually using the weightlifting for cardio.
