Been doing this for about a month now and I think its a good start. I am wondering if there is anything I should tweak. First my Nutrition is really the best it has ever been. I am getting at least a 2g of protein a day and only the healthy fats, and complex carbs. I try and do most days get a gallon or more of water a day. I love the shit out of my crystal light. As for the supplements I use on a daily basis -
AM Pro Complex
Threshold
CGT-10
Multi - Animal PAK
100% whey 2 scoops
211 Recovery after workout
ZMA an hour before bed
Casein right before bed
Fish oil caps
And Hot Rox Extreme for a fat burner.
I train at least five days a week and also participate in Softball, Over the Line, and Tournament fishing on the weekends to keep active. Here is my routine.
Legs
Chest, Tri's, and Delts
Cardio and ABS
Back, Bi's and Traps
On the fifth day I try to work a muscle group that I feel is lagging behind with another dose of cardio and ABS. After every workout I try to do fifteen minutes of light cardio.
So how does this look? Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
