I have that issue and it was done extremely well. ON listed every type of protein along with going over topics such as figuring out how much you need, determining what your budget & schedule allow, and making your selection and sticking with it. The topics then move into timing of when to intake your protein and what type is most beneficial. ON even goes into helping those decipher the labels on your protein and how to carefully read them. My favorite part is the summary at the end where ON lists every protein they have available along with 2:1:1 recovery and not only breaks down the label information for them all, but also, let's you know which is the most beneficial to take depending on when you’re taking it (Example; Casein is the best to take post-workout, between meals, and before bed).
All of this may be old news to most of us, but this information is vital to those that are new to the protein game, or are trying to figure out what to buy and how to use it.
