Just a quick note/question about calcium. I realize a lot of people take thermogenic supps to help with weight loss, but I've also heard of more natural sources for weight loss. I know Men's Health talks frequently about drinking milk and consuming calcium for weight loss.
I was just wondering if this is because higher calcium levels in your blood causes the cardiac muscles to be excited more easily, thus increasing your heart rate?
