I've done the Hise Shrugs a few times also (after the posts from a few months ago) - and it's an excellent exercise I highly recommend! Thanks for the tip, Brad!

I like doing traps twice a week. Once with shoulders & other with back. Just make sure you get a good squeeze when you're doing them.
Biggie- great minds think alike i'm doing back today and plan on hitting traps with it

Just got back from the gym a little while ago, did Hise Shrugs for the first time and i loved em, and the rear shrugs on the smith machine danny...WOW what ease lol
