What body type would you consider yourself to be?
Ectomorph / Mesomorph / Endomorph ?
Before I started training, I was 260lbs and not in really good shape. Now I am at 220 lbs and when I trained for my last competition this past May of 2008 I came in at 199lbs.
I went from an Endomorph to a Mesomorph body type and have maintained it through proper nutrition and regular exercise.
Based on your nutrition, training, and goals, what ideally would you like to achieve?
