I usually go into the gym and start with back before biceps. I know most people would agree that this is better because you should work the bigger muscle first. I usually do this, but the time I get to biceps my energy levels are much lower and I don’t feel my biceps are getting enough attention.
What should I do?
a) Keep doing back first…then biceps.
b) Start with Biceps first…then back.
c) Alternate between back and biceps every other exercise.
