I know we've had similar discussions, but it's been a while (I think - not sure though since I've been out of RA for a while).
But, given the economy and tightening budgets, I am planning to go very very minimal on the supps in my upcoming mass cycle. What would you list as your absolute bare minimum (and lowest cost) supps for a mass cycle. I will include whey protein in my list because I like to have one kind for general use (ON Gold Standard) and another specifically for post-workout.
