Well
I took 4 days off from the gym. I did nothing. We went to Dallas for this past Saturday, and I wouldnt say I fell off the wagon as far as eating, as much as I would say, I enjoyed myself.
I of course didnt enjoy myself afterwards. My body let me know, it did not approve of what I had put in it the day before. I felt so sluggish, and pretty much a waste of space. It was almost like my insides had gummed up and I didnt want to do anything.
Went to the gym last night though, and ran my little heart out.
3 1/2 miles.....500+ calories burned. It felt so good.
The better part of a week off is just what I needed!!
