Hey this is my meal plan, I weight 170 and an 6'2 Im trying to cut down to 10% body fat but im having a hard time keeping the amount of protein i get up, trying to stay below 1800 cals also, Im in bed by 10:00pm at the latest and up at 6:00am and go to the gym then
Breakfast (7:00 am)
2/3 cup oatmeal,1 scoop protein powder,2ozmilk
Snack (10:00 am)
1 scoop protein powder, 1 apple
Lunch (12:30 pm)
2/3 oatmeal, 4 egg whites,1tsp cinamon 2ozmilk
Snack (3:00 pm)
1 scoop protein powder, 1 banana
Dinner (6:00 pm)
what ever my host family makes, I try to keep my portions around 500 cals
Snack (8:30)
1 scoop protein powder 15 almonds
Comes to around 1800 cals but is 4 scoops of protein to much?? Im trying to keep my protein around 180g a day
Any input is welcome and sudjestions on my meal plan.
