What do you feel is a sufficiant amount of BCAA's I should be taking in addition to what is found in all the protein shakes. I am 198lbs 14%BF 26yrs old. I take 1800mg (1.8g) BCAA suppliment total for the day on top of whats found in food, protein etc.... is this enough???
