well I work out in the a.m. And my body type is a endomorph ( naturally fat , hard time staying lean) and I was just wondering if my diet and workout timing seems ok
Diet -----
8 am whey 1 scoop
845 Workout + cardio
1045 1 scoop on 211 + 1 scoop whey
12 noon about 4 eggs and 1/2 cup dry oats and 1/2 banana
3 pack of tuna and salad w tbsp oil and vin dressing
6 about 4oz lean meat , green veggie and 1/2 cup rice
830 pack of tuna or other meat and celery
1030 1oz of nuts and casien shake or 1 c of cottage
I guess the question is , is this a good diet to keep me lean.? Keep in mind I work from 1 --9 pm and I'm about 8-10% bf. Am I coming up short? I workout M-f and cardio m-s. Can I afford any more carbs? And is my post workout nutrition on point, I was wondering if I should switch to oats and whey since my glycogen levels never seem to deplete. Or should I stay with the fast carb. ? What if I try a mixture of both like flavored quick oats and whey ?
