I was wondering if someone could steer me in the right direction to maybe a websight or a book or something that can help me understand what I need to do to bulk. I have both mesomorph and endomorph qualties more endomorph definatley but I want to know what I should do to bulk correctly what foods to eat, when to eat them, how many calories to take in according to my body type 5'11" 183pounds 15.5%bf etc. I want to limit fat gains while maximizing muscle gains and I understand to bulk correctly you need to take in more calories than you burn right? I'm not asking for someone to hold my hand through the whole process just maybe some advice on where I could find some valuable knowledge, regiments, or diets I could use thanx guys
