i'm only going to get 3 days at the gym this week,, anyone have any suggestions on what kind of split i can do?? i wanting to hit everything and do some cardio... let me see what you got... thanks

this is the split I use most of the time...except when it gets closer to contest time, and I have less energy to get in 3 bodyparts...Then I go to a four day split...
