finally gave ON 2:1:1 recovery a try, got the colossal chocolate, and it was a colossal disappointed in flavor. maybe it was because i went from the higher fat muscle milk to the 2:1:1, but the taste comparison is miles apart. it mixes up a little thin too... i am used to the thicker nitrocore shake, so the first time i made the recovery drink was suprised at its thinness.
anyone have a 2:1:1 flavor that they would recommend?
a question too...i am finishing up my workouts @ 10:30/11:00 at night...am I asking for weight gain by chugging 2:1:1 down just before bedtime? 300+calories before bed can't be all that good?!?
