WORKING MY WAY BACK
Today will be my first logged day back in the gym, the past three weeks I have been slowly working back in after being off for two months. Boy it is amazing how quick your strength goes down and muscle mass. Kinda sucks when I think about it, took years and years to grow to the size I had and strength and really in two months of being lazy and just overwhelmed, i lost A LOT!
But that is why we do this and why we work hard. Today was a push day, I basically incorporate shoulders chest and tris in one day.
Everything is pretty much 5x5 work to gain some strength and also not to overwork my body. I have my food on track and my supplements.
I started with 5x5 set of clean and presses, moved on to 5x5 incline dumbell press, 5x5 of seated cybex upright press, 5x5 of close grip, 5x5 of pushdowns.
It was a good workout, i was pretty pumped, and my weights are going up(slowly for sure)
Tomorrow if i can get it in will be just cardio and abs and then wed will be legs!
looking forward to it and getting back to where i was.
