SUPPLEMENT LOG

There's no question in my mind that (safe) supplements are a huge benefit to any health-conscious gym-goer. I've tried a few over the years, and wasted alot of money following useless ads in muscle magazines. Now that I know better, here's what I'm sticking with these days:

Awakening: L-Carnetine, 3-500mg caps
2 scoops whey protein in water (I like Optimum Nutrition the best)
2 caps fish oil

Breakfast: 2 20-mg caps Forskolin, for metabolic boost
Multi-vitamin (lately Opti-Men)

Lunch: Multi
Forskolin

Pre-workout: 2 caps Beta-alanine (NxLabs Betasine)
4 caps Cort-Bloc
1 scoop Biotest Surge

Workout 5 caps BCAA
32-oz water

Post-workout 2 scoops Surge
5 g creatine

Dinner Multi
Forskolin

Bedtime 3 caps ZMA
Casein protein shake
2 caps Cort-Bloc

Looks good to me! Let me know how it's work'n for ya...The only thing I would do is add a few more of the fish caps at 2 other meals threwout the day.
