POF WORKOUTS THIS WEEK

I've been following IronMan Magazine's articles and blogs about X-Rep workouts and Positions of Flexion (POF) for awhile now, but this week I decided to change up my workouts and give them a try.

Saturday Oct 27--Chest
Power exercise--Incline bench
Stretch--Incline dumbbell flyes
Contracted--Cable flyes

Sunday Oct 28--Arms (bi's, then tri's)
Power exercise--Seated barbell curls, then decline Smith close-grip barbell press
Stretch--Incline dumbbell curls, then seated overhead DB press
Contracted--Standing cable concentration curls, then DB kickbacks

Monday Oct 29--Shoulders
Power exercise--Standing DB upright rows
Stretch--seated lat raises
Contracted--Smith military presses

Gotta say, you get an incredible pump after these three sets--they seem to recruit more muscle fibers than any other routines I've used (I'm a big fan of Precision Training too).

I've incorporated my own version of different flexion points in my own training and I think it's a great training method

Did both size surge work outs they were good and I still use some of the exercise combos
