SHOCK YOUR BODY WITH NEW WORKOUT

I'm still training with mary and she's not one to take it easy...which is wonderful. I'm seeing a lot of results, but my dieting is not going so well. I guess I feel like I should get cheating out of my system before the season starts for me. Most people have already started the season off...good luck to you guys!

Today, Mary suggested circuit training. I thought...great, something new, this will get my heart going. I didn't know what she had planned for me. I haven't been so out of breath since swim team drills in high school. It was so great to break the routine. Here was my workout:

1st circuit, rep out at 15, no resting between exercises
close grip lat pulldown
push ups
seated wide grip rows
behind neck shoulder press
bicep curls
tricep dips
leg extensions
walking lunges (here is when my throat went completely dry...ha!)
hamstring curls

rest then start 2nd circuit, rep out at 20
rest, then start 3rd circuit, rep out at 25

I was beat, kinda nauseous too.

great workout girl!I was in cheat mode for a while too, and why not? As long as I was working hard and doing my workouts and taking in enough protein I knew i was fine. Get it out of your system while you can! When does your season start?
