NEW YEAR NEW PRODUCTS

i've been out of the gym for almost two weeks now. i feel like a blob. i've been sick, but as soon as i felt better, i had one too many drinks. that kept me out of the gym even longer. i live a healthy lifestyle; but when i let loose, its fried foods and hurricanes all the way. i didn't start the new year with everyone else, since i live in prudence time.

new products will be starting with the new year:
ON's threshold, perform-maxx, cla, fish oils. i always take ON's bccaa's, ammino acids, and proteins. i've considered takig stress b complex, but the daily percentage of thiamin is pretty high in this as well as in the perform-maxx. how much thiamin is too much? also, those of you who are taking threshold, i'd appreciate some feedback on how you are doing with it. thanks!


One last thing, I just wanted to let you all know that ON has reently released a product called Glycomaize. Its a carbohydrate supplement containing fast absorbing carbs and slower digesting ones. they also added carbogen enzymes that help you digest it better, so you won't have bloating or cramps. you can use this product before, during or after your workouts. If you're fatiqued, you can drink this pre-workout for quick energy. after a workout glycogen levels are depleted, so drinking this will help you restore those levels. simple carbs (fast digesting waxy maize) act as like and electrolyte and the slower digesting ones (trehalose) will help with your stamina. Plus, it mixes with anything because its unflavored!

Hey girl-- sorry to hear about you being sick!
Yes, I have a seriously strong relationship with the stairmaster! :) (step mill too!) and I'm planning on starting to compete in June (work travel preventing from starting earlier!) Are you? You are a very gorgeous woman! and I love your suit from your first show! I'm guessing passionfruit, maybe?
