MY WORKOUT WITHOUT THRESHOLD

i've been using threshold for about a week and a half. a lot of people ask me how it works for me and what it feels like, but i didn't really have a clear answer. you don't feel a rush and you don't feel a surge of energy. so, i decided to do my shoulder workout w/o threshold. i noticed a difference quickly. my recovery between sets were much longer. My shoulders were super tired after a set. i found myself massaging my shoulders b/t sets. haha.
when i did take threshold, i didn't notice an immediate difference like when you take an energy drink or a nitric oxide enhancer. i was awaiting a feeling, and i didn't notice what to expect. threshold works in a different way. i would push out that last rep that feels like a ton, put down the weights, and immediately think "hey i could have done one more." honestly though, i probably couldn't have done anymore. threshold cuts my recovery time b/t sets dramatically.
its a bit scary how this product works. i'm nervous i'll develop an addiction...if i haven't done so already.

Seems like a clear case of knowing your body and it's reaction to supplements and/or enhancers. Obviously it's doing something that is positive, even if it's truly only in your mind. Either way, given your dedication for improvement, it sounds like it will good for you.

And you an addict? I doubt it.

Beta-alanine takes about 2 weeks for you usually to feel the effects of it.

you're right...performance benefits usually occur within two weeks, but some individuals experience benefits within one week. the most dramatic increases occur with 3-4 weeks and continue on for up to 12 weeks. some individuals experience immediate pumps from the very first does. carnosine is percursor in generating nitric oxide synthase.

When taking a beta-alanine product, I got stronger by 10 pounds in a month.

I noticed the effects the very first time I ever used it....not to mention the tingles for about an hour after I used it! Well worth the tingles though! lol

The tingles is something you have to deal with sadly to say for a while. It feel weird, but it subsides quickly most of the time.
