MET WITH DIETITIAN

i met with my dietitian two days ago. he gave me all good news with my weight and diet. even though i look and feel super fluffy, my body fat measured at 12.8%. i was totally shocked and happy to find this out. he told me i was carrying a lot of water. so, my diet is pretty simple. he's giving me more carbs than he's ever given me...which btw is not much at all. last year my carbs were pretty much non existant.
