PRUDENCE'S BLOG ENTRY
JUST AN UPDATE
After my evac to South Florida, I’m so ready to move there. It’s such a beautiful place and everything looks new. It’s hot, but there’s always a nice breeze blowing. You could do anything outdoors. the trip affected my diet big time. It's hard to find healthy items on the road and i honestly can't do shakes all the time.
Just to give an update, I’m back to my off season weight. It takes a lot for me to stay around that 7lb buffer. Does anyone find it difficult? I naturally carry a lot of weight and for me to get competition ready takes a ton of cardio. i'll get it together. it's an ongoing battle. you slack up a bit and it shows tenfold.
Speaking of competitions, nationals is right around the corner. I wish I was competing, but life doesnt always go as planned. Good luck to everyone that’s prepping for that show! I hope to be there cheering you guys on!

i just got a new puppy! her name is Mala...eng staffordshire bull terrier!

I am sure you still look great, we all add a little weight in the offseason, but I am sure you are fine physically, its just the mental aspect of adding, I know.
