AFTER USA
I can’t begin to tell you all the random stuff I’ve been eating since the USA. We ended up at an “Italian” restaurant after the contest. Seems like every time I give Italian a try, I’m disappointed by the American influence. Anyway. Let me stop cause I inhaled all of that American Italian food. LOL. I wasn’t full until 10 mins after the meal. After I drank some water, I wanted to explode! I had to pray to fall asleep quick cause my stomach felt like it was going to burst.
I placed 12th at the USA in Vegas. I’m not bummed about my placing. I came in the best I ever looked. That’s all that matters, beating your personal best. It was a great experience as always. I think the more competitions you do, the easier it gets. At least that is what I would like to believe. Although I have a feeling the first one of the season is always going to be the clincher.
I was watching the rest of the classes after mine was done. When they were calling out the top 5, you could see so much joy in their eyes. I was so happy for those girls. I have got to get me one of those huge trophies!
