I CONSERVATIVELY COUNTED 9 EXERCISES THAT SHOULD NEVER BE DONE
Bodybuilding at it's best with no need for a gym, the Best Bodyweight exercises and Tips.
How many of these Exercises are on the CONTRAINDICATED List?
I conservatively counted 9 exercise that Should NEVER Be Done!!!
The reward vs risk factor is too low. Meaning the Reward is minimal as the Risk of Injury is HIGH!!
(Neck Bridges (2), Plow (Legs overhead), V ups, Leg Scissors, Kneeling Back Bend, no momentum sit ups, Duck walk, chicken walk, Inch worm.
