DO I NEED A TITLE
Yesterdays workout wasn't bad. Lifted on my own. Gym wasn't too packed either which was good. Pullups felt a little easier. And at 210... I don't think any pullup is easy. I might switch to somc chins for a while or something to mix things up a bit. I could probably use it. I have been doing pullups for months now and really haven't gotten anywhere with them. My lats are sore today... I'm guessing from the single arm pulldowns though, I get a sweet stretch with them which I think works with that full range of motion idea. Chest is pretty sore too. Was repping 80's for incline... could have used a different bench though. The one I was on sucked teh worst. Hoping to maybe triple 280 this week. If I don't, its ok. Always next week. But yeah, squats today, first time at the SAC. That will be later this evening after phsyiology lab. So yeah might be busy, might not be. Hopefully can convince the roomy to go with me. I need someone to push me today.
