YESTERDAY AND TODAYS WORKOUTS
Were decent. Yesteday I did chest/tris, my chest is hella sore and the pain in my left pec isn't so bad anymore. I didn't lift too heavy though, did more explosive work than anything. Today was deadlifts, tripled 405... my stupid grip is holding me back but I realllllly don't want to use straps. I guess I might have to buckle down and buy some, as long as I keep doing some extra forearm work at the end of my workouts I think I'll be fine though. Did hammer chins at the end of my workout and was suprised that I could do quite a few with a full range of motion. Thought my head was gonna hit the ceiling. I guess some strength has gone up :D. Also starting to lose weight, I'm eating the same things yet I have dropped over a pound over the last week and a half. Weird because I'm taking creatine right now too, usually my weight won't go down at all. If its fat though, I can't complain a bit. My workouts have been pretty intense latley as I have been leaving the gym drenched in sweat. Granted I sweat a lot usually, I have sweat more than ever recently. But hey I got some steaks cooking that I need to tend to so I hope everyone has a good weekend!
