WOOEEE
Just got back from lifting. Measured my arm pumped, almost 17" around!!! Thats the biggest those have ever been. Pec is still hurt, I really don't want to take a couple weeks off though, I guess I could take a few off of chest and focus on tri's and shoulders a little more. It doesn't seem to hurt once I warm up... but I don't want it to end up tearing or anything so, I might just take a few weeks off of annnny chest movements, maybe just do a couple sets with the bar over those two weeks to keep things stretched out. But yeah, weights dropping too, and I'm still eating the same as I was before, at least 200 grams of protein a day plus a decent amount of carbs. Maybe its the fishoil? I have been taking that quite consistently, not like my strength has dropped any. If anything everything has gone up. I actually DB inclined the 80's for 8 on my last set... who knows, the human body is such a wonder and I hope to know half of what makes it work right over the next 40 years of my life.
