WOH BUDDY
Legs was todays workout of choice. Gym was overly packed as usual, even at 8pm. Started off with squats, got 315x7 in the hole and then 335x5 for my last set. Strength is def starting to come back in the squats, as long as I can keep hitting them pretty low I'll be happy. Ended up doing some romanian deadlifts instead of power cleans this time around. Might move powercleans to friday's workout instead. Tomorrow is off day since I have class and work all day and thursday will be an amazing shoulder/chest/tri workout and hopefully a run. I need to get more serious about this 5k training if I want to do decent.

Good job on your leg workout. I love romanian deadlifts. Switching it up sometimes does the body good!! Best of luck in your 5k training.
