UPPER BODY DAY

Ended my benching with 185 for 10, this time for 2 sets instead of 1 set of my 5 total. Widened out my grip on my barbell rows, that made those wayyy harder. Did incline bb instead of DB's... it sucked, bad. My strenght is absolutley nothing and I notice my shoulder lags quite a bit on one side. Not good. I'll stick with DB's and maybe start doing some RC work. Hopefully that will straighten things out. Tomorrow is leg day, and deer processing day, lots of ground venison. TONS OF PROTEINNNN!!! I'm stoked. Later all!
