TOMORROW IS DAY 7

And it will be a whole week since I started the diet. I actually feel quite comfortable with it. I had soooo much energy today at work that I was wondering what I was going to do with myself. Especially running on only an hour and a half of sleep. I have another shake at 6:30 and then another at 9:30-10:00 and I'll be done for the day, I should probably be quite tired by then too due to lack of sleep. Tomorrow seems like a good day in the making, haircut, workout, protein shakes. Could it get any better?

I have been getting a lot of comments over the last three days that my face is thinning out so its def working and I am starting to see a little ab type stuff. I def suggest this to anyone who isn't weak willed and wants to shed those extra pounds. Its working magnificently so far.
