TODAYS WORKOUT

Was pretty good. I have changed up my workout a bit. I changed my vertical pulling movements to my upperbody workout on Monday's with my benching and chest. Now I do my horizontal pulling on Fridays with biceps, and I also do some powercleans that day. Todays workout was pretty good, last set of bench was with 200x10, so I am progressing yet again. Goal is 225x10 for my last set, I think it will be a while for that but its attainable. Pullups were kind of hard, was only able to get 5 in a set at a time, I think its due to the change of grip, I went from a slightly cambered bar to completley straight...figured it would affect things. Good workout nonetheless. I am debating on doing legs tomorrow or not, my knee seems to be kind of sore, but feels better when I stretch out my quads. So maybe I'll stretch and do some soft tissue work tonight and see how it feels tomorrow after more stretchng and massage. I'm outtie!
