TAKING A WEEK OFF SQUATS

Just to see if that helps my knee get better. If it isn't feeling better by the end of this week, its either new shoes or a doctor... or another weeks rest. But todays chest/tri workout went pretty well. My tri's are shot, and my chest is doing pretty good. Gym was too crowded though, couldn't get to anything I wanted without having to wait. Did 185 for 4 sets of 10 and then ended it with 195, still progressing in a sense, because I did 185 for every set instead starting with 165 then 175 then 185, so on. So yeah, good workout. Shoulder feels healthier than it has in a while and I'm happy.
