SOLID FOOD TOMORROW
I can't wait. Still haven't had any input on what I should eat. Today will be a real test of how I do. I work 1pm-6pm and then later that night from 11 pm to 3 am. I have to spread the shakes throughout all that so I don't starve. I have five total today so I this is how I see it.
My first was at 11
2 will be at 3pm
3 will be a little after 6
4 will be at 9
and the next one will be at 1 or midnight.
and I will disperse the fishoil pills throughout all this because they help with the hunger feeling a lot. And plus I need to take 15 of them total and it would be smart to spread them out lol.
Here is yesterdays workout numbers... maybe I'll see some improvements over the next few weeks.

315x8 barely.... but I got it :D I actually felt stronger than usual on my squat or as of recently.

3 Not my strong point but my back is still wide and I was worn out from the squats so basically everything suffered.

I was shot by my second set.... I knew if I stayed at 95 I would have hurt myself so I dropped down to the bar and just worked on form. Still good workout.
Overall workout was great, intensity was high and I lifted some decent weight. We'll see how I do next week!
